Serves as the escalation point for complex enterprise production issues. Diagnoses root causes using logs, metrics, and code; delivers fixes, workarounds, and configuration guidance; coordinates customer and internal teams; and partners with Engineering and Product on improvements. The role also strengthens Support through documentation, training, mentorship, and architectural input. Requires extensive IT experience, customer-facing troubleshooting expertise, Linux, containers, cloud, databases, and programming skills.

Owns new business and expansion across the Southeast by selling BigID’s data security and privacy platform to large enterprises. Responsibilities include developing account plans, managing territory quota and forecasts, building executive relationships, leading complex sales cycles, generating pipeline with cross-functional partners, maintaining Salesforce, and expanding regional networks. Requires enterprise software sales experience, success closing large deals, technical and executive selling skills, and 20–30% travel.

Build and improve production infrastructure for containerized, cloud-native microservices. Develop and debug Kubernetes environments, enhance Terraform modules, advance CI/CD, plan automation initiatives, and research modern technologies including AI agents and LLM tools. The role also supports testing strategy, automation, defect reduction, and collaboration with R&D teams in an Agile environment.
