Design, build, test, and optimize puzzle game levels using player behavior, game metrics, playtesting, and team feedback. Balance difficulty and progression, develop gameplay ideas, collaborate with product, development, and art teams, and contribute to level design tools and workflows. The role also involves monitoring puzzle and hybrid-casual gaming trends and improving player engagement, retention, and overall experience.

Lead and optimize user acquisition campaigns across channels (Facebook, Google, AppLovin), test tactics and creatives, manage ad network relationships, analyze UA and monetization data to drive growth and improve LTV, and monitor competitors and market dynamics to establish best practices.

The Data Scientist will analyze player behavior, enhance game performance, develop data models, and provide insights for strategy improvements in a gaming context.
