Manage regional and local key accounts while developing growth strategies across beverage distribution channels. Build customer relationships, lead account planning and business reviews, identify distribution and product opportunities, develop pricing and promotional strategies, analyze sales and profitability data, and coordinate execution with sales teams, suppliers, category development, finance, and service departments. The role requires regular travel throughout the service area and supports sustainable growth across Oregon.

Leads the day-to-day HR function and supervises the HR team while advising employees, managers, and leadership. Oversees employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, payroll, compliance, development, engagement, workforce planning, and HR process improvement. Maintains policies, records, HR systems, and regulatory compliance while using workforce data to support organizational decisions and employee experience initiatives across multiple Oregon locations.
