Lead manufacturing quality, production engineering, and supplier quality for Bigbelly's electromechanical solar/IoT products. Drive ISO implementation, CAPA and RCA programs, lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement, supplier development, new product launches, and scale production at the Methuen facility while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.

Lead mechanical development and launch of production-ready products, build and test prototypes, resolve field issues, support supplier qualification and product certification, and work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to drive design improvements and product performance.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, AR reporting and GL reconciliations. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support, assist audits, perform bank deposits, support credit reviews, and drive process improvements in billing and collections.
