Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, three-way matching, GRNI reconciliation, payment runs, vendor management, T&E expenses, month-end close, accruals, 1099 compliance, and W-9 maintenance. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate liabilities and inventory valuation, and improve AP workflows.

Lead development and continuous improvement of assembly manufacturing processes for electromechanical products. Drive NPI, tooling/equipment installation, DFx/PFMEA/GD&T-based manufacturability, cost reduction using Lean/Six Sigma, and ISO 9001-aligned documentation. Support production troubleshooting, quality escapes, ECO implementation, and cross-functional projects while mentoring teams and presenting project status to leadership.

Lead manufacturing quality, production engineering, and supplier quality for Bigbelly's electromechanical solar/IoT products. Drive ISO implementation, CAPA and RCA programs, lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement, supplier development, new product launches, and scale production at the Methuen facility while mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.
