Lead Bigbelly’s quality engineering, manufacturing quality, production engineering, and supplier quality functions. Responsibilities include developing QMS processes, implementing ISO 9001 and 14001, managing CAPA and root-cause analysis, improving supplier performance, supporting new product introduction, tracking quality metrics, and driving lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role also involves building engineering teams, managing capital projects, and improving quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and scalability across domestic manufacturing and the global supply chain.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Bigbelly’s connected smart waste products, from strategy and customer research through production and field performance. Manage roadmaps, prioritization, backlogs, user stories, testing, pricing, KPIs, launches, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, cloud software, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and support teams across multiple locations and global markets.
