Lead the Core and Integrations R&D group, overseeing real-time bidding, optimization systems, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and backend, full-stack, and DevOps teams. Manage managers and individual contributors, mentor engineering talent, drive AI-assisted software development, improve scalability and reliability, optimize server costs, and align technical initiatives with business and product goals.

Manage onboarding, retention, budget growth, campaign optimization, reporting, and strategic relationships for Greater China gaming clients. Partner with sales, product, and R&D teams to resolve issues, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, advocate for customers, and turn feedback into product roadmap input. The role requires programmatic advertising expertise, strategic account management, campaign analysis, and native Mandarin with professional English.

Own the full sales cycle across North America, including prospecting, pipeline generation, client meetings, contract negotiation, and closing new business. Build markets across eCommerce, fintech, real-money gaming, and mobile apps while partnering with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. Represent the company at industry events, monitor mobile advertising trends, and achieve personal and regional revenue targets exceeding $1 million annually.
