Analyze player behavior, economies, content, and business performance; lead experiments across events, pricing, offers, onboarding, and engagement; and collaborate with design, engineering, data, art, production, and live operations. Establish measurable goals, scalable product processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms while modernizing the game across platforms.

Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous goals into production-ready solutions and maintain high quality, maintainability, and engineering standards.

Own the architecture and technical direction of multiple live-service games and shared platform services. Build and modernize systems across the full stack while maintaining reliability, performance, and production stability. Lead agentic engineering adoption by integrating AI into development workflows with appropriate guardrails. Align engineers, establish technical standards, coach team members, and make high-impact architectural decisions across real-time systems, client rendering, backend services, databases, infrastructure, and deployment tooling.

Own and modernize production infrastructure for live-service games across AWS and related platforms. Build secure agentic automation for provisioning, diagnosis, remediation, and maintenance; maintain IaC, containers, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, data pipelines, secrets, backups, and disaster recovery. Support incident response, reliability improvements, security practices, cost management, and operational documentation while safely automating repetitive work with appropriate guardrails and human approval.

Lead and own VIP player relationships and program across live-service titles. Manage high-value players, improve support workflows, mentor teams, analyze player data, report insights, and drive retention initiatives while partnering cross-functionally and implementing practical AI and automation for service quality.

Lead and build a hands-on data science and analytics function for a live-service gaming company. Own analysis (SQL, Python/R), dashboards, KPIs, experimentation, data quality, pipelines, and executive reporting. Partner across product, ops, marketing, finance and engineering. Implement AI-driven analytics, automation, and copilots, then hire and scale a high-performing team while establishing governance and responsible AI practices.

Lead architecture and implementation of agentic platforms and AI-enabled content pipelines for live-service games. Build orchestration, workflows, evals, observability, review/approval surfaces, integrations, and reliability controls so autonomous agents produce production-grade, reviewable content and engineering output.
