Build end-to-end full‑stack features from database schemas to UI, ship production workflows, raise code quality and engineering standards, and work closely with teammates and clinic customers. Own features from design through deployment at a fast‑moving NYC startup (3–4 days/week in office).

Owner of the end-to-end payer fee schedule process: submit and follow up with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, verify CPT codes and provider identifiers, obtain written rate confirmations, log status updates, flag discrepancies, and collaborate with credentialing and billing teams to resolve stalled items.

Part-time contractor audits coded claims against clinical documentation, performs some direct coding, identifies documentation patterns for clinician feedback, supports MIPS/QPP reviews, responds to payer audits, and maintains audit records.

Work with the CEO and Strategy & Ops Lead to run metrics and dashboards, maintain operating cadence (OKRs, leadership prep), execute growth experiments (outbound, CRM, pipeline reporting), perform payer and market research, and deliver data-driven analysis for clinic performance, pricing, and retention.

Lead and define a new Strategy & Operations function, run planning cadence and OKRs, solve cross-functional strategic problems, build financial models, improve GTM and sales processes, recruit advisors, and execute projects end-to-end in a fast-growing digital health startup.
