Manage full monthly and quarterly close, general ledger maintenance, AP workflow, fixed assets, inventory/COGS entries, and prepare financial reports. Own non-income tax compliance (sales/meals taxes), support Controller/CFO, and perform ad hoc finance tasks for a US client in a fully remote freelance capacity.

Support sales leadership by maintaining KPI reports and dashboards, ensuring Salesforce data health, coordinating follow-ups, conducting market research, and executing outbound lead generation. Prepare executive summaries and slide decks, log action items, and identify process improvements to streamline sales operations.
