The role requires maintaining child safety, supporting cultural safety, and fostering playful, inclusive learning experiences. It is a permanent, full-time position at BFS Warrawong Early Learning.

Provide quality education and care for school-age children in an after-school program. Responsibilities include supporting educational planning, helping children achieve learning goals, and building positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
