Leads strategy, operations, programs, staffing, safety, compliance, budgeting, property planning, partnerships, and curriculum for Camp Oty’Okwa. Oversees seven direct reports and seasonal staff, maintains American Camp Association accreditation, supports fundraising, manages risk and training, and ensures camp programs align with BBBSCO’s mission while advancing sustainable growth and financial performance.

Manage school- and community-based program operations across multiple counties, supervise Match Support Specialists, ensure program quality and compliance with grant and partnership expectations, support enrollment and matches, perform site observations, develop interventions, partner with HR on hiring/training, and serve as liaison between frontline staff and leadership.
