The Executive Assistant supports the President & CEO with high-level administrative tasks, manages complex schedules, coordinates meetings, and ensures efficient daily operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide high-quality customer service to volunteers, youth, and families; enroll, match, and support participants; monitor match safety and development; document outcomes and database records; conduct introductions, deliver training/resources, collaborate with staff, and support program growth and events.
