The Staff Accountant processes payables, deposits, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, taxes, revenue, inventory, and month-end close activities. The role supports payroll processing, benefits and retirement accounting, regulatory filings, audits, budgeting allocations, vendor management, and nonprofit reporting. It also trains staff on expense policies, maintains procedures, assists with grant billing and cash receipts, and contributes to process improvements and administrative projects.
