Assess and enroll volunteers, children, and families in mentoring programs; conduct interviews, home visits, safety education, eligibility assessments, referrals, and match recommendations. Support ongoing mentoring relationships through coaching, interventions, surveys, reassessments, and exit interviews. Maintain accurate records, collaborate with schools and community partners, facilitate match meetings, and contribute to donor and partnership development. Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, a related bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a New York driver’s license.
