Manage a regional portfolio to retain and grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell, pricing and contract management. Build account plans, lead customer meetings, manage tenders and site audits, collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure service delivery and minimise churn.

Entry-level role supporting pricing team by gathering, validating and analysing commercial data, producing reports, resolving pricing queries, testing pricing/system changes, and presenting insights. Opportunity to develop skills in Power BI, SQL, Python/R, Microsoft Fabric and influence pricing initiatives while working cross-functionally and engaging with senior leadership.

Lead depot operations for collections, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and KPI performance. Manage and develop drivers and staff, control costs, own P&L, optimize resources, maintain customer relationships, and implement operational improvements.
