Lead accounting and management reporting for operational sites, partner with operations to drive financial performance, prepare forecasts/budgets, manage CAPEX and reconciliations, present monthly results, support year-end audit, improve processes and BI reporting, and manage a team of three senior finance analysts while travelling across the region.

Operate and maintain site vehicles (FLT, loading shovel, 360), perform daily equipment checks and reports, manage waste control at unloading points, maintain housekeeping, report defects and accidents, and follow health and safety procedures.

Lead a regional community engagement and social value programme across Greater Manchester and the North West: build partnerships with schools, councils and businesses; run education visits and events; coordinate volunteering; support tenders with social value evidence; manage a small team and report on community impact.
