Responsibilities include managing compliance matrices, coordinating bid content and deadlines, preparing internal reports, gathering information from cross-functional teams, and maintaining bid libraries and templates. The role supports continuous improvement of bid-writing capability and commercial performance while ensuring submissions meet client requirements and demonstrate value, innovation, and compliance.

Manage contract data integrity, performance reporting, KPI and SLA monitoring, compliance governance, audits, and continuous improvement. Produce dashboards and management information, analyze operational performance, identify risks and root causes, and coordinate compliance documentation, training records, environmental requirements, and external accreditation audits.
