Organizes depot transport operations by allocating vehicles, optimizing routes, coordinating driver availability, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include vehicle safety and maintenance oversight, payroll and timesheet administration, tachograph record management, reporting, depot data analysis, and cost-efficiency improvements. The role also supports customer service, employee engagement, health and safety, environmental standards, and O licence compliance.

Lead the Group Finance External Reporting team, overseeing year-end and half-year consolidation, statutory accounts for approximately 100 entities, annual report production, external audits, IFRS compliance, technical accounting, acquisitions, entity rationalisation, D365 ERP improvements, and financial controls. The role partners with the CFO, senior finance leaders, auditors, and Audit Committee while developing a team of qualified accountants.

Operates the transfer station weighbridge, records vehicle movements, handles mixed recycling using a telehandler, and supports loading and unloading. Maintains a clean, safe, organized yard; conducts equipment checks; reports issues; follows environmental, health, and safety procedures; and assists with general operational duties. Full training is provided, with plant, forklift truck, and telehandler certifications required.
