Submit and rebill claims accurately and timely, monitor queues and clearinghouse rejections, post ERA/EOB payments within turnaround times, reconcile cash receipts, log denials, collaborate with AR and other teams, maintain documentation, uphold HIPAA, and drive process improvements to meet collection and accuracy KPIs.
