Teams at Bierman Autism Centers

Provides first-line IT support to end users by managing service requests, troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting incidents, communicating resolutions, escalating complex problems, maintaining knowledge-base content, and training users on IT procedures. The role is on-site, full-time, and may require occasional after-hours support and handling IT equipment.

Serve as a field-based bridge between Bierman Autism Centers and medical providers to grow referrals for ABA therapy. Build and maintain provider relationships, execute targeted outreach, deliver education and presentations, track referral pipelines in CRM, coordinate care with internal teams, and gather market intelligence to expand access to services.
