Teams at Bierman Autism Centers

Leads clinical services for children with autism at a center-based location. Responsibilities include supervising and training BCBAs, reviewing cases, developing staff skills, monitoring clinical outcomes, overseeing learner intake, conducting tours and initial assessments, managing caseloads, and supporting treatment barriers. Partners with the Practice Manager to lead the center and may provide direct physical assistance to clients weighing at least 30 pounds.

Lead regional multi-site operations and clinical teams to ensure high-quality pediatric therapy delivery. Coach Practice Managers and Clinical Directors, monitor KPIs, enforce ethical clinical documentation, manage budgets and staffing, drive regional growth, and build community and stakeholder relationships to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.

Entry-level behavior analyst trainee paired with a BCBA mentor to support center-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–9. Responsibilities include assisting with client materials, team and parent training, progress reports, data updates, integrity checks, and supporting BTs while progressing through phased hands-on training toward independent consults.
