Lead AML/CFT program to ensure regulatory compliance, develop and execute AML strategy, manage AML team, oversee monitoring and reporting (Tonbeller/goAML), perform risk assessments, stakeholder liaison, data analytics, and drive remediation and training.

Manage the full accounts receivable/debtors function: monitor aging, collect and allocate customer payments, reconcile accounts, escalate problem accounts, prepare management reports, ensure regulatory compliance, improve processes, and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships to support recovery and financial objectives.

Lead procurement strategy and operations for the bank, ensuring compliance with legislation and tender processes, managing supplier due diligence and contracts, driving cost savings and ESG/BBBEE spend, implementing sourcing and procurement systems, leading and developing the procurement team, and producing supplier and procurement reports for governance and audit.
