Provide oversight, regulatory guidance, compliance monitoring and reviews, maintain CRMPs, manage legislative risk matrices, advise on regulatory changes, approve marketing disclosures, deliver training, track remediation actions, and promote a strong compliance culture across business units.

Provide independent oversight of credit risk across the portfolio by developing and enforcing credit risk frameworks, monitoring key risk metrics, conducting second-line reviews, identifying emerging risks, supporting credit decision-making, leading a team, ensuring regulatory reporting and covenant compliance, and driving remediation and process improvements to minimise losses and support sustainable business growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value FX clients by delivering FX solutions, acquiring new-to-bank clients, driving non-interest revenue, cross-selling bank products, ensuring compliant onboarding (KYC, SARB, FICA, AML), maintaining CRM and pipeline, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet FX turnover and revenue targets.
