Lead legal counsel for an adtech company providing commercial, product, privacy, and regulatory counsel. Negotiate complex agreements, advise on global privacy and IAB standards, support product launches and AI use cases, manage data governance and incident response, oversee corporate compliance and outside counsel, and build scalable legal operations and contract workflows.

The QA Automation Engineer will conduct testing of mobile ads, validate SDK integrations, verify analytics, and collaborate with teams for quality assurance in AdTech.

Lead the technical and product vision for the UA DSP, unifying Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and bidding/prediction backend. Own roadmap from bidding/prediction to reporting, manage and grow a ~20-person cross-functional team, partner with GTM and sales, and drive transition from managed-service to self-service advertiser tooling.
