Manage US client accounts to drive revenue, platform adoption, campaign performance, and customer success. Partner with Sales and Media Buying teams to understand client goals, optimize programmatic campaigns, communicate feedback, educate clients on DSP features and strategies, and strengthen relationships across multiple accounts.

Support daily IT operations by managing employee access, onboarding and offboarding, SaaS applications, licenses, devices, email groups, shared resources, and technical requests. Provide troubleshooting for employees, maintain IT asset and permission records, document procedures, support basic security controls and automation, and identify and escalate IT or security risks.

Lead and execute Bidease's China marketing: build brand awareness, partnerships, events, localized content and campaigns, support China sales, manage agencies, and surface market insights to drive commercial momentum.
