Manage and grow client accounts by driving adoption, revenue, and campaign performance for Bidease’s mobile advertising DSP. Train clients on platform features, DSP strategy, and programmatic buying; collaborate with Sales and Media Buying teams; review campaign results; provide optimization feedback; advocate for client needs; and communicate product insights to improve usability and customer experience.

Manage US client accounts to drive revenue, platform adoption, campaign performance, and customer success. Partner with Sales and Media Buying teams to understand client goals, optimize programmatic campaigns, communicate feedback, educate clients on DSP features and strategies, and strengthen relationships across multiple accounts.

Support daily IT operations by managing employee access, onboarding and offboarding, SaaS applications, licenses, devices, email groups, shared resources, and technical requests. Provide troubleshooting for employees, maintain IT asset and permission records, document procedures, support basic security controls and automation, and identify and escalate IT or security risks.
