Lead and mentor a team, shape program-level statistical strategy, oversee study-level analyses and vendor work, apply advanced methods and simulations, author/approve key statistical documents, and represent biostatistics in regulatory interactions to support oncology clinical development.

Lead and mentor the biostatistics team to define statistical strategy across clinical development programs (oncology focus). Provide senior oversight of study design, analysis, simulation/modelling, regulatory interactions, SAPs/protocols, vendor work, and translate complex data into actionable insights to support program decisions and regulatory submissions.
