Lead operational coordination of a cross-functional therapeutic portfolio bridging Research & Innovation and Clinical. Maintain integrated master timelines and Gantt charts, run meeting governance, track risks and interdependencies, manage dashboards and repositories, support publications, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and drive timely execution toward IND/CTA filings and clinical milestones.

Lead and build the Biometrics organization, oversee clinical study design and statistical methodology, ensure regulatory-compliant SAPs and data integrity, support radiopharmaceutical and imaging trials, manage CROs, represent statistics to global health authorities, and recruit and mentor biostatistics and programming teams.

Provide strategic and technical leadership for biostatistics across Bicycle's clinical portfolio. Lead and mentor a team, shape program-level statistical strategy, oversee study-level analyses and vendor work, apply advanced methods and simulations, author/approve key statistical documents, and represent biostatistics in regulatory interactions to support oncology clinical development.

Lead and mentor the biostatistics team to define statistical strategy across clinical development programs (oncology focus). Provide senior oversight of study design, analysis, simulation/modelling, regulatory interactions, SAPs/protocols, vendor work, and translate complex data into actionable insights to support program decisions and regulatory submissions.

Designs and executes in vitro and in vivo radiobiology studies to evaluate efficacy, mechanism of action, and radiobiological effects of Bicycle radioconjugates. Runs DNA damage, cell cycle, and cell death assays; characterizes tumour and tumour microenvironment responses; supports CRO/academic collaborations, analyzes data, documents results, and contributes to biomarker identification and scientific communications.
