The Finance and Operations Associate will oversee day-to-day finance operations, manage payroll and vendor payments, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. They will support budgeting, forecasting, and act as a partner to leadership while maintaining financial records and controls in a startup environment.

The Founding CTO will establish the technical foundation of Hypersignals, designing high-stakes trading systems, leading engineering, and directly collaborating with the founder.
