The Site Manager engages customers to meet their needs, drives sales and profitability, manages opening and closing procedures, handles transactions, merchandises products, and ensures security and cleanliness in the store.

Support campus store operations: assist customers in person, phone and email; manage and fulfill orders; stock and merchandise textbooks; receive and process shipments, returns, and back-stock; maintain clean, organized displays. Must be able to lift up to 40 lb unassisted.
