Manage digital conversion sales to higher-education bookstore customers across North America: prospect, secure demos, convert print requests to digital, upsell, forecast accurately, coordinate with marketing, content, and customer success, and travel extensively for campus engagement.

Part-time temporary retail role supporting store leadership with customer service, order fulfillment, textbook stocking and merchandising, shipping/receiving, and back-stock organization. Engage customers in person, phone, and email, maintain displays, process orders/returns, and assist with textbook sales during a busy period. Requires occasional lifting up to 40 lb.

Manage daily store operations at a campus location: assist customers, drive sales and profitability, perform opening/closing and cash/register transactions, merchandise stock and visuals, protect assets, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
