Manage BibliU’s commercial publisher partnerships, including account relationships, contract administration, negotiations, pricing, distribution agreements, and business development. Analyze platform usage and sales data to provide strategic recommendations, improve internal processes, support product and implementation initiatives, and deliver partner reporting. The role also presents BibliU’s value proposition, coordinates cross-functional stakeholder needs, and represents the company at industry conferences.

Leads BibliU’s engineering function, including team growth, technical governance, security, architecture, delivery predictability, and engineering standards. The role manages approximately 15 engineers, develops engineering managers, improves availability and incident performance, establishes reliable release processes, and scales full-stack TypeScript applications on AWS. It also drives organization-wide adoption of AI-assisted development with appropriate quality and security controls, while defining the technical roadmap for continued company growth.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, reporting, and technical accounting research. Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Treasury stakeholders, evaluate controls and risks, improve processes through automation, and provide accurate accounting insights. The role supports a growing international group and reports to the Corporate Controller.
