Own the month-end close, prepare accruals and prepayments, complete balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, investigate variances, and maintain financial accuracy. Manage UK VAT and US sales tax submissions, support statutory audits, improve finance processes, and respond to ad hoc requests. The role also requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and supplier payment runs.

Supports campus store operations during a busy period by assisting customers, fulfilling orders, locating and merchandising textbooks, receiving merchandise, organizing back-stock, and processing shipments and returns. Maintains a clean, organized, customer-focused environment and provides support in person, by phone, and by email. Must lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Provide in-store retail support including operating the cash register, assisting customers with course materials, stocking and merchandising textbooks and merchandise, processing shipments and returns, and supporting order fulfilment during busy periods.
