The Senior Accountant oversees account accuracy, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, charitable gift annuities, month-end and year-end close, audit support, and 1099 preparation. The role supervises an Accounting Generalist and Accounts Payable Specialist, provides accounting guidance and training, maintains internal controls, resolves discrepancies, and recommends process improvements using approved AI and emerging technologies. The position reports to the Director of Global Accounting and requires strong accounting judgment, organization, and communication skills.

The Accounts Payable Specialist manages full-cycle domestic and international accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, foreign currency transactions, reconciliations, month-end support, journal entries, and audit documentation. The role maintains payment controls, supports ERP and expense management systems, resolves discrepancies, trains employees, updates procedures, and prepares reports while collaborating with accounting teams, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.

Manages the organization’s CRM platform strategy, administration, governance, integrations, enhancements, and continuous improvement. Leads cross-functional process-improvement initiatives, prioritizes platform requests, coordinates implementations and upgrades, and develops training and change-management resources. Partners with organizational leaders to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, improve automation and workflows, strengthen data governance and security, and increase user adoption. The role provides functional leadership without direct supervisory responsibility.
