Manage client accounts for event and incentive programs: lead cross-functional account teams, set expectations, document project lifecycles, oversee budgets and vendors, drive account growth, handle client communications and problem resolution, and travel internationally (~15%).

Manage and support enterprise applications, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, monitoring, integrations, batch jobs, and application health. Configure and validate EDI transactions, perform functional and regression testing, document requirements, coordinate with engineering and global support teams, maintain operational procedures, and identify automation and reliability improvements. The role requires experience with cloud applications, eCommerce or ERP systems, financial systems, EDI/API data exchange, PL/SQL queries, and microservice concepts.

Serve as an analytics subject matter expert guiding internal and external clients through business strategy discussions. Conduct discovery meetings, identify data analytics opportunities, design analytic solutions and proposals, communicate solution designs, and implement Decision Sciences products and services. The role requires expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, consulting, business insights, and client presentations.
