The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, communication, client relationship management, and Jira proficiency.

Leads technology strategy, delivery, operations, and customer engagement for strategic SaaS accounts. Coordinates cross-functional teams across implementation, enhancements, support, security, and engineering; manages scope, budgets, timelines, risks, incidents, and root-cause resolution. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, communicates with executive stakeholders, ensures compliance and data governance, and identifies automation, platform improvement, and revenue-growth opportunities.
