Responsibilities include client strategy, solution design, scope and risk management, project planning, SOWs and change orders, cross-functional coordination, UAT, release planning, technical support, documentation, and team training. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, communication, client relationship management, and Jira proficiency.

Leads technology strategy, delivery, operations, and customer engagement for strategic SaaS accounts. Coordinates cross-functional teams across implementation, enhancements, support, security, and engineering; manages scope, budgets, timelines, risks, incidents, and root-cause resolution. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, communicates with executive stakeholders, ensures compliance and data governance, and identifies automation, platform improvement, and revenue-growth opportunities.

Leads strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories, including technology, professional services, travel, logistics, and corporate services. Manages RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, savings pipelines, spend analysis, business cases, purchasing processes, and supplier value improvement. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies and track realized benefits.
