Build and manage college, corporate, and volunteer partnerships for Bhumi’s Skill-Ed employability program. Coordinate training schedules, liaise with trainers and institutions, resolve implementation issues, engage and retain volunteers, and maintain documentation, data analysis, and impact reporting. The role supports smooth program delivery and expands access to IT and soft-skills training for underprivileged youth.

Coordinate Bhumi’s Schools of Excellence program across government schools, coaching partners, and education stakeholders. Design and oversee JEE/NEET academic support, monitor coaching quality, track student performance and attendance, build dashboards and reports, identify trends, and support corrective actions. The role also includes stakeholder engagement with government officials and school leaders, capacity building for mentors and teachers, leadership reporting, and cross-team coordination. Candidates need JEE/NEET ecosystem knowledge, data fluency, autonomy, and willingness to work from Chennai with travel to partner schools.

Manage, clean, validate, and maintain programme datasets; analyze trends and performance gaps; develop dashboards, trackers, and reports; support monitoring and evaluation; and improve data collection workflows. The role provides actionable insights to state leadership and supports reviews with government and internal stakeholders. It requires strong Google Sheets and Excel skills, with visualization and SQL knowledge preferred, plus Tamil reading and writing proficiency.
