Leads Social Emotional Learning implementation across partner schools, ensuring consistent program quality, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and building educator and staff capacity. The role includes designing delivery systems, facilitating training, supervising educators, managing school partnerships, and strengthening program execution within a whole-school transformation initiative.

Oversee STEM program implementation across 10–20 schools, manage and mentor trainers, collaborate with government education stakeholders, monitor school and trainer data, and ensure effective communication, reporting, and program outcomes. The role requires operational management, training, data handling, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with willingness to travel to schools in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Build corporate employer partnerships to place Skill-ED graduates in suitable jobs. Lead placement workshops, mock interviews, employability training, mentorship, counseling, placement drives, job fairs, and networking events. Track placement outcomes, report to leadership, and conduct market research to align training with emerging roles. The position requires collaboration with employers, educational institutions, industry professionals, and internal teams, with preferred travel across South India.
