Serve as the primary customer support contact through phone, email, and chat. Build and maintain Bhanzu’s edtech platform across frontend and backend systems. Develop React and TypeScript interfaces, Python APIs and microservices, integrations, authentication, database structures, and end-to-end features. Optimize DynamoDB queries, maintain services, fix bugs, refactor legacy code, write documentation, and participate in code reviews while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
