Remote Controller/Admin Manager responsible for overseeing Philippines accounting and admin teams, reviewing invoices and assignments, monitoring performance, driving process improvements, preparing reports and presentations, organizing training and onboarding, and providing high-level support to the Senior Managing Director on special projects.

Lead architectural design and construction projects across a commercial real estate portfolio, from concept through construction administration. Support acquisitions and due diligence, develop plans and renderings, coordinate consultants, manage permitting and code compliance, review construction documents, and participate in site and construction activities. Evaluate renovations, redevelopment, tenant improvements, budgets, schedules, constructability, and design alternatives while collaborating with internal teams, tenants, contractors, consultants, and municipalities.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards; gather stakeholder requirements; optimize SQL queries and data models; ensure data accuracy; produce reports and provide dashboard support and troubleshooting.
