Manage and grow K-12 education accounts by building relationships with schools, districts, educators, and administrators. Identify business opportunities, understand instructional and purchasing needs, expand existing accounts, and connect customers with appropriate technology and equipment solutions. Represent B&H at conferences and trade shows, conduct school and district visits, coordinate product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal specialists. Sales experience is not required, but education expertise, communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn sales processes are essential.

Promotes B&H products and services to college students through the EDU Advantage program. Builds school and student relationships, organizes and coordinates promotional events, presents vendor offerings, develops marketing strategies from event feedback and data, and expands student engagement. The role requires frequent travel, communication with manufacturers, strong networking and communication abilities, product knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to drive.

Designs, builds, maintains, and administers enterprise Unix and Windows server environments, including backups, disaster recovery, high availability, capacity planning, patching, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting. The role develops server architecture, documents systems and root-cause analyses, collaborates with networking, security, facilities, vendors, and consultants, supports junior administrators, creates dashboards, and participates in 24/7 on-call coverage.
