Manage and grow assigned facility management accounts to ensure client retention and renewal. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, monitor KPIs and financial performance, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-department delivery while upholding safety and service standards.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs on facility non-technical components and grounds. Manage work orders, record resolution data, support PM programs, assist on projects, and follow safety, fire, and environmental requirements while maintaining positive tenant relations.

Lead and develop the contract to ensure operational, financial, safety, and client-satisfaction targets are met. Manage engineers and helpdesk liaison, own P&L, ensure statutory/code compliance, oversee PPM and asset registers, conduct audits and site reviews, procure materials, produce operational and client reports, handle risk, disciplinary matters and team development, and proactively source additional works and quotations.
