Maintains and operates building mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Performs inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency response, work-order management, and vendor oversight. Supports building uptime, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and equipment improvement initiatives. The role requires shift work, on-call availability, safety compliance, technical communication, mentoring junior technicians, and maintenance documentation.

Supports procurement and estimating activities by reviewing specifications, sourcing material pricing, preparing customer proposals, ordering parts, tracking deliveries, coordinating dispatch and installation scheduling, processing warranties, and maintaining procurement databases and reports. The role also communicates with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting project execution, compliance, and special initiatives.

Supports strategic sourcing projects including competitive bids, supplier negotiations, contract reviews, vendor qualification, supplier performance management, and category analysis. Collaborates with sourcing, operations, finance, and client stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, assess opportunities, prepare financial models and reports, and maintain sourcing documentation. The role also supports supplier sustainability reporting, compliance due diligence, and cost-saving initiatives.
