Supports corporate governance, SEC and NYSE compliance, M&A and financing transactions, compliance and ethics programs, contract management, regulatory reviews, litigation support, intellectual property maintenance, document management, and legal department administration. The role prepares legal documents, maintains transaction and governance records, assists with due diligence and closings, reviews food labeling and advertising claims, manages invoices, and supports external counsel.

Leads procurement strategy and supplier management for food ingredients, spices, and commodities. Negotiates contracts, develops sourcing strategies, forecasts costs and inventory, monitors supplier performance, manages commodity and supply risks, supports product development, and drives cost savings exceeding $1 million. Partners with cross-functional teams on budgeting, pricing, market analysis, and supplier issue resolution.

Analyzes category, shopper, consumer, competitive, assortment, pricing, promotional, and shelf-performance data to identify growth opportunities. Prepares line review materials, supports National Account Management and cross-functional teams, evaluates post-modular reset results, and monitors competitive activity. Translates syndicated, panel, retailer point-of-sale, and consumer insights into actions that improve assortment and sales performance.
