Provide technical support troubleshooting and upgrading electrical and control systems across the facility. Design and standardize control systems, review and update schematics, support maintenance and capital projects, supervise electrical mechanics, ensure safety and GMP compliance, develop electrical PM programs, engage vendors, and train/evaluate mechanics to improve processes and reduce costs.

Manage day-to-day marketing and long-term strategy for a portfolio of grocery brands. Lead cross-functional teams on product launches, packaging changes, promotions, forecasting, P&L and trade promotion analysis. Develop and execute annual and multi-year marketing plans, manage budgets, analyze internal and external data (Brio, Nielsen/IRI, Spectra), recommend packaging and NPD, and drive sales, margin, and EBITDA goals.

Supervise FSQA technicians and oversee daily food safety and quality operations, including GMP/HACCP compliance, sanitation, audits, investigations, traceability, reporting, and continuous improvement. Support regulatory and third-party audits, administer recall and traceability programs, analyze quality and micro trends, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while spending most time on the production floor.
