The HR Specialist supports plant operations, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR projects, ensuring effective HR processes and employee engagement.

Manages the Kroger national account by achieving sales, profit, distribution, margin, and trade-spend objectives. Responsibilities include business planning, item-level sales and production forecasting, promotional and pricing management, customer presentations, category analysis, syndicated data evaluation, buyer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and sales planning teams.

Leads supplier qualification, auditing, food safety compliance, corrective actions, performance management, and continuous improvement for spice, seasoning, herb, flavor, and other ingredient suppliers. Partners with Procurement, Operations, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to mitigate supply-chain risks, support commercialization, manage incidents and recalls, and maintain supplier quality standards. The role requires extensive food manufacturing and supplier quality experience, audit expertise, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.
