Provides desktop, remote, and field IT support across approximately 200 business locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, Windows, business applications, networks, VPNs, surveillance systems, POS equipment, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. The technician documents IT assets and resolutions, supports infrastructure projects, coordinates with vendors, responds to users, and participates in weekend on-call rotation. Regular local travel to company locations is required.

Own daily loyalty program operations and growth, including reward catalogs, rules, targeted promotions, lifecycle emails, member perks, KPI tracking, and retention optimization. Analyze customer behavior and program ROI while partnering with Product, Technology, and Support teams to improve user experience. Manage external loyalty platform and software agency relationships, and support experiments involving offers, subject lines, and reward tiers.

Handle customer petroleum orders and inquiries via phone and email, process payments and order changes, log transactions and complaints, coordinate with colleagues, and ensure professional, calm, and accurate customer support using computer systems.
