Build and operate production data services and event-driven pipelines for a cybersecurity SaaS product. Responsibilities include ingestion, normalization, enrichment, identity resolution, scoring, intelligence delivery, data quality, provenance, tenant isolation, authorization, monitoring, incident response, and reliable recovery. The role also shapes architecture, evaluates managed versus custom services, collaborates across technical and customer-facing teams, and mentors engineers.

Build and lead BforeAI’s sales enablement program from onboarding through ongoing development. Create playbooks, messaging, training, certification, role-plays, and coaching for Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Analyze wins, losses, sales motions, and customer presentations to improve performance. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and technical teams, support customer calls, and represent BforeAI through blogs, webinars, events, and other public outreach.

Build and support backend Python and Go services, APIs, and cybersecurity detection features. Translate researcher-developed detections into reliable production workflows, expose threat evidence for customer investigations, and ensure safe retries, tenant isolation, authorization, observability, and failure handling. Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Product, frontend engineers, and security researchers while contributing to design, testing, documentation, code reviews, production support, and performance improvements.

Leads Software Engineering and Security Research Engineering as a player-coach manager. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, technical direction, delivery, threat research, detection engineering, validation, testing, production troubleshooting, data-quality oversight, and customer escalations. The role translates research into production security capabilities, establishes detection-quality metrics and regression testing, coordinates with platform teams, develops technical leads, and guides AI-assisted engineering and research practices.
