Optimize sites for responsiveness, SEO, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with designers and project managers, manage multiple client projects, and stay current with WordPress best practices and technologies.

Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences using Figma, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship product features, conduct user research, and improve designs based on feedback. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, and site maps while ensuring technical feasibility and applying strong UI/UX and visual design principles.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, developing frontend experiences and backend services integrated with APIs and databases. Collaborate with designers and product managers, write tested and efficient code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product development. The role requires strong frontend and backend development skills, user-focused problem solving, analytical ability, and effective teamwork.
