Partner with revenue management, data science, engineering, and design to define pricing algorithm inputs, build explainable recommendations and GenAI-powered assistant experiences, set success metrics, and deliver high-impact iterations that improve engagement and retention.

Manage a book of large accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals and expansion. Analyze booking and pricing data, train clients on revenue management and product usage, monitor account health, deliver consultative guidance, collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Product, and mentor junior team members.

Manage key customer accounts, drive satisfaction, provide insights on booking trends, analyze revenue data, and ensure successful customer adoption.
