Lead and run day-to-day People Operations for the EMEA region, owning employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee relations and regional projects. Act as business partner to managers, build SOPs, define and track OKRs for engagement and development initiatives, manage relocation and right-to-work processes, and oversee the Barcelona Office Manager & EA. Provide counsel on performance, compensation, and culture while ensuring consistent, scalable global People programs and accurate reporting to leadership.

Manage SMB client relationships across onboarding, training, renewals and account health. Host training webinars, monitor account risk, create customer content, respond to support requests, and help scale customer support processes.

Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into product demo bookings for Account Executives. Own outbound outreach, hit quota metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and build the BDR function in Australia.
