Supports founders and day-to-day business operations by coordinating schedules, travel, meetings, events, onboarding, suppliers, deliveries, facilities, documentation, purchasing, and team activities. The role improves processes, maintains organized workplace and laboratory spaces, and provides logistical support across a fast-growing startup. Success requires initiative, organization, adaptability, communication skills, resourcefulness, and comfort managing multiple changing priorities.

Lead strategic execution and operational scaling alongside company founders. Responsibilities include translating strategy into delivery plans, improving systems and reporting, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder and customer commitments, supporting organisational design, and driving accountability, culture, and growth. The role also advises founders, leads critical special projects, and supports board, investor, and executive planning.

Design, analyze, and validate mechanical systems and actuators for large deployable space structures. Create CAD models, perform classical and FEA across load cases, develop and execute test and qualification plans, produce drawings/BOMs/assembly docs, optimize for cost and manufacturability, and collaborate for spacecraft integration.
