Serves as the Houston office’s operational and technology liaison. Responsibilities include implementing AI-driven workflow automation, managing digital records and inventory processes, triaging basic IT issues, coordinating with outsourced IT support, facilitating internal communications, and supporting digital marketing activities such as social media scheduling, website updates, email newsletters, and basic analytics. The role requires strong digital literacy, independent problem-solving, communication skills, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, compliance, cash management, and investment analysis for commercial real estate and investment portfolios. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations while transforming the department through AI tools, automation, and RPA. Support underwriting, due diligence, portfolio performance tracking, and executive financial planning. The role is fully onsite in Houston and requires hands-on leadership, real estate accounting expertise, and proficiency with real estate management software, preferably Yardi.

Supports treasury operations across multiple entities, including daily cash-position management, wire and ACH processing, loan disbursements, bank reconciliations, liquidity reporting, investor capital calls, distributions, cash-flow forecasting, and month-end close. The role also verifies AI-generated transaction data, maintains automated reconciliation workflows, supports banking administration, prepares investor and lender reports, and maintains audit-ready treasury records.
