The role partners with senior leaders, regulators, and industry bodies to strengthen compliance culture, manage risk, and support business initiatives. It also includes leading and developing a team of compliance professionals and preparing clear recommendations and reports.

The Senior Compliance Manager leads the Compliance Advisory team, provides regulatory guidance across the bank, oversees compliance incidents and breaches, manages remediation and regulatory reporting, and drives regulatory change and compliance framework improvements. The role partners with senior leaders, business teams, regulators, and industry bodies while coaching compliance professionals and strengthening the organisation’s compliance culture.
