Requires strong design judgment, technical knowledge, client communication, and experience with historic and existing buildings.

Leads architectural documentation and multidisciplinary coordination for complex multifamily residential renovation projects across all design and construction phases. Responsibilities include technical detailing, existing-condition assessment, consultant coordination, permitting, quality control, BIM/Revit management, construction administration, client communication, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong knowledge of residential building systems, codes, accessibility, life safety, constructability, and Washington, DC regulatory processes.
