Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary architectural teams through all design phases for mid- to large-scale residential, mixed-use, cultural, and commercial projects. Produce schematic, design development, and construction documents; manage consultants; ensure code, zoning, and constructability compliance; oversee BIM/Revit workflows and QA/QC; communicate with clients and project leadership; mentor and supervise staff.

Lead design work for multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, producing concept and presentation materials, 2D/3D drawings and renderings, coordinating with consultants, contributing to Revit model assembly, and providing technical guidance to junior staff from schematic design through construction administration.

Lead firmwide data governance, taxonomy, and metadata standards; manage integrations and migrations across Deltek Vantagepoint, Notion, DAMs, and project folders; build QA, validation, and audit pipelines; support AI-driven workflows and reporting; train and support Marketing, Business Development, Graphics, and Studio teams on data practices and asset management.
