Qualify inbound leads and referrals through discovery conversations, assess prospect fit and readiness, explain the organization’s collective model, document motivations in the CRM, schedule qualified calls with Relationship Managers, nurture promising prospects, and tactfully disqualify poor-fit inquiries. The role prioritizes response speed, qualification quality, accurate CRM stage management, and reducing Relationship Manager time spent on unsuitable leads.

Manages project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for field delivery projects. The role connects site teams, vendors, finance, procurement, and leadership; monitors planned versus actual progress, identifies risks and delays, maintains action logs, and strengthens project governance without directly owning field execution.

Create thoughtful visual solutions across brand communication, campaigns, presentations, social media, digital, print, experiences, and other touchpoints. Own briefs from concept through production, apply the brand system consistently, coordinate with internal teams, manage multiple projects, present work, incorporate feedback, and deliver organized, production-ready designs.
