Integrates and continuously improves baggage handling systems across mechanical, electrical, PLC, controls, software, and field equipment. Troubleshoots, programs, tests, commissions, and deploys PLCs and firmware; maintains controls documentation and backups; analyzes system performance; supports installations; and provides technical guidance and training to maintenance and site personnel across North American and Caribbean operations.

Provides site-based support for baggage handling system networks, monitoring switches, firewalls, redundant rings, servers, PLCs, and airport interfaces. Diagnoses incidents using logs, CLI, Wireshark, and NMAP; executes approved changes; applies patches; maintains network segregation, documentation, and asset records. Supports operations, hardware rollouts, migrations, testing, commissioning, vulnerability remediation, and root cause analysis. Requires shift, standby, after-hours, airside, and emergency site travel support.

Provides site-based technical support for baggage-handling system control layers and IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backups, failover, and cybersecurity remediation. Diagnoses incidents, implements approved patches and upgrades, supports deployments and acceptance testing, analyzes logs, maintains configurations and procedures, prepares reports, and trains customer operators. Requires travel between sites, airside access, and compliance with operational, cybersecurity, and access-control procedures.
