Supports HR operations by processing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, maintaining accurate employee data, conducting audits and reconciliations, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting SOX compliance. The role investigates data issues, coordinates with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, IT, and Compliance teams, assists with system testing and audits, handles employee documentation, and identifies process improvements.

Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, integrations, documentation, and performance tracking. Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, IT, product, and marketing teams while improving vendor workflows and automating processes. Support creative operations and ensure vendor activities meet internal legal, security, financial, and procurement standards.

Lead creation of short-form, motion-first social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from concept to final export. Combine Adobe CC and AI tools for animation, editing, sound and pacing; build templates and motion systems; optimise creative for platform KPIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior designers; drive creative testing and ensure brand and accessibility compliance.
