Own the foundational frontend infrastructure for a regulated, multi-brand sports betting platform. Responsibilities include architecting Next.js applications, mobile wrapper infrastructure, native plugins, app distribution, rendering strategies, geolocation compliance, OTA updates, observability, resilience, performance, CI/CD requirements, and technical standards. The role partners with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams and may grow into team leadership.

Develops and optimizes personalized VIP campaigns, segmentation, incentives, and loyalty strategies for online betting users. Analyzes staking, NGR, margin, retention, bonuses, and player behavior; identifies growth opportunities; builds reports and dashboards; conducts A/B tests; and collaborates with data teams. The role also supports VIP coordinators, recommends tier adjustments, and develops hospitality plans and events for high-value clients.

Frontend Software Engineer responsible for analyzing requirements, defining state and sequence diagrams, creating API contracts and Gherkin specifications, and developing resilient, maintainable web interfaces. The role collaborates with Product, UX, and QA teams to translate business scenarios into robust solutions for high-traffic, low-latency environments. Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Node.js, technical documentation, complex state flows, and real-time architectures is valued.

Designs and develops resilient, low-latency, highly concurrent backend systems using event-driven architectures. Leads technical analysis and specification-driven development, defining APIs, data models, diagrams, and integration contracts. Collaborates with Product, UX, Frontend, and QA teams to establish acceptance criteria. Builds observability through metrics, logging, and tracing, communicates technical decisions, and helps troubleshoot production issues. Requires strong Java and Spring Boot experience, distributed systems expertise, and asynchronous messaging knowledge.

Build and maintain dashboards, implement and audit tracking (GTM, GA4), deploy automation/AI for reporting, analyze digital campaign performance (Meta, Google, programmatic), identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, product, BI and external agencies to align data strategy with business goals.

Execute and optimize Meta and TikTok paid social campaigns across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. Monitor daily performance, manage audience segmentation, run creative tests, implement conversion tracking (Pixel/Events/Conversions API), and contribute to channel strategy and scaling across LATAM markets.
