Programs, sets up, operates, and troubleshoots 5-axis CNC grinding machines for precision medical components. Performs inspections, documentation, machine maintenance, blueprint and GD&T interpretation, SPC monitoring, and process improvement. Collaborates with engineering, programming, and quality teams, supports prototypes and production, mentors junior machinists, and maintains compliance with GMP, ISO, medical device, safety, and quality requirements.

Operate and set up CNC lathes and mills across multiple machining departments. Adjust G-code, work offsets, and tool offsets; touch off and indicate tools; run production; and inspect medical-device parts for dimensional accuracy. Meet efficiency standards, follow procedures, support process improvements, and work safely in a fast-paced shop environment.
