Lead small forward-deployed engineering squads without direct management, determine which custom solutions should become platform capabilities, and close engagements through graduation, funding, or termination. Build AI-assisted prototypes and analyze account evidence to influence commercial decisions and product strategy.

Lead the end-to-end design vision for BetterUp's Partner Experience (Partner Hub, Performance Intelligence, analytics). Translate complex organizational data into actionable enterprise B2B UX, drive 0→1 solutions, build scalable design systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science, and shape company-wide AI and design strategy.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape design strategies for BetterUp's core products, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead design quality efforts while integrating AI into design processes.
