Own BetterUp’s product and go-to-market positioning across the customer journey. Translate customer, competitive, win/loss, and account intelligence into platform narratives, executive messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive plays, business-case tools, and customer proof. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Brand, and executives to improve pipeline, retention, and platform conversion. Shape the company’s AI transformation category perspective and use AI to accelerate strategy and narrative development.

Leads HR Operations and AI enablement, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, case management, compliance, HR data, and Workday partnerships. Manages a team of three to five and collaborates with Legal, Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and engineering teams. Identifies and implements automation, measures operational improvements, maintains data privacy and audit readiness, manages vendors, and develops HR analytics and scalable processes across global jurisdictions.

Own forecasting, pipeline analytics, GTM planning, capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting, and executive-level reporting. Partner with Sales, Finance, and GTM Systems to improve data quality and forecasting processes. Lead automation and AI initiatives, mentor teammates, and translate revenue data into strategic recommendations for leadership and board reporting.
