Align partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, while tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.

The Vice President of Key Accounts drives sales for strategic accounts, balancing new sales, account management, and customer success while collaborating cross-functionally.

Own technical success for complex enterprise accounts through written charters, deployment decisions, technical gates, prototypes, and executive relationships. Lead small forward-deployed engineering squads without direct management, determine which custom solutions should become platform capabilities, and close engagements through graduation, funding, or termination. Build AI-assisted prototypes and analyze account evidence to influence commercial decisions and product strategy.
