Manage digital marketing performance across website projects, landing pages, CRO, Google Ads, and Meta campaigns. Oversee media buying, campaign optimization, lead-form and CRM integrations, analytics, weekly performance reporting, and creative testing. The role requires independently managing paid campaigns and landing pages, optimizing conversion metrics, and creating basic ad creatives with AI tools and Canva. This is a part-time, two-month remote project with potential for extension.

Sell energy-efficient residential products via inbound/outbound calls using warm leads. Qualify customer needs, recommend solutions, manage end-to-end sales cycle, maintain CRM records, log interactions, meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed on product and industry updates.

Source and qualify new sales opportunities, prospect and follow up on inbound leads, educate prospects, build pipeline, set appointments, and close deals.
