Provide accounting and tax preparation for Australian clients, prepare financial statements and tax returns to Australian standards, manage SMSF and pension compliance, liaise with clients and auditors, maintain workpapers, meet lodgement deadlines, and support workflow and management communications.

Lead and maintain the firm's AFSL and SMSF compliance framework: draft policies, manage registers and breaches, coordinate annual plans and training, liaise with external advisers, monitor regulatory obligations, and report risks to senior leadership.
