Provide transactional corporate and commercial legal support: draft, negotiate, and interpret vendor, technology, and commercial agreements; support M&A, securities, governance, and equity plan administration; partner with product, engineering, and business teams to manage risk, build standard agreements and processes, and collaborate with outside counsel as needed.

Lead managers and specialists across retail CX, advisor support, and support operations; own BPO partnerships, SLA and quality programs; manage forecasting, capacity planning, and a multimillion-dollar budget; serve as senior escalation for complex cases and partner cross-functionally to prepare for launches, regulatory changes, and operational shifts.

Owner of customer risk rating, KYC, and fraud monitoring models. Design and monitor fraud rules, analyze model performance, and partner with Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Product to reduce fraud while minimizing customer friction. Build dashboards, reporting, and lead cross-functional projects and vendor assessments.
