Collaborate with creative, compliance, product marketing, insights, accounting, agencies, and external media partners to scale efficient customer acquisition.

Guide business clients through 401(k) onboarding and conversion from prior recordkeepers to Betterment. Manage detailed tracking plans, review plan information, coordinate with compliance, payroll, operations, and external providers, and drive clients through their first payroll launch. Communicate with clients through meetings, phone calls, email, and Zoom while using CRM and proprietary systems to manage deliverables and ensure accurate, efficient implementation.
