Support semi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration for employees. Responsibilities include reconciling timesheets and payroll inputs, processing adjustments, administering benefit enrollments and life events, coordinating open enrollment, reconciling invoices, maintaining confidential HRIS records, assisting with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and leave compliance, answering employee questions, and generating reports.

Create and edit lifecycle marketing content across email, in-app, push, social, and owned channels using customer insights and AI tools. Build scalable copy systems, optimize for AEO/GEO discoverability, collaborate cross-functionally with product, CRM, design, and compliance, and help evolve AI workflows to drive engagement and performance.

Administer 401(k) compliance activities, including annual testing packages, employer contribution calculations, plan reconciliations, Form 5500 preparation, audit support, plan amendments, conversions, and error corrections. Draft plan documents, maintain procedures and controls, investigate operational issues, and collaborate with client experience, engineering, product, and design teams to improve scalable processes and client outcomes.
