Support semi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration for employees. Responsibilities include reconciling timesheets and payroll inputs, processing adjustments, administering benefit enrollments and life events, coordinating open enrollment, reconciling invoices, maintaining confidential HRIS records, assisting with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and leave compliance, answering employee questions, and generating reports.

Administer 401(k) compliance activities, including annual testing packages, employer contribution calculations, plan reconciliations, Form 5500 preparation, audit support, plan amendments, conversions, and error corrections. Draft plan documents, maintain procedures and controls, investigate operational issues, and collaborate with client experience, engineering, product, and design teams to improve scalable processes and client outcomes.

Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; manage fixed assets, prepaids, and revenue; drive process improvements; prepare audit documentation and respond to auditors; develop scalable accounting processes and handle ad-hoc finance requests.
