The Director of Communications at Betterment will lead external communications strategy, manage PR agencies, and serve as a senior counselor, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and supporting growth across multiple business lines.

Manage end-to-end creative production for multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional partners, prioritizing and resourcing work, running brief-to-delivery workflows in Jira, supporting vendor and video production efforts, enforcing quality control and specs, and driving process improvements to meet deadlines and business goals.

Greet and assist visitors, manage the reception area, handle mail and packages, onboard and support employees with access/security, perform general administrative tasks, and assist with events to ensure a positive office experience.
