Partner with RevOps on lead routing/scoring, track MQL and pipeline metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain social proof through case studies and reviews.

Build and operate Betterment’s shared GraphQL API frameworks, authentication and authorization systems, internal tooling, and secure MCP access. Partner with product, operations, support, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities in a regulated financial environment. Contribute to observability, testing, incident response, safe rollouts, AI-agent API access, and developer experience while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical direction.

Lead and grow a senior engineering team responsible for Betterment’s shared GraphQL API, authentication, authorization, and internal tooling platforms. Set technical strategy, govern security and permission models, improve reliability and developer experience, support AI-enabled API workflows, and partner with engineering, product, IT, security, operations, compliance, and customer support teams.
