The Staff ML/AI Platform Engineer will design, prototype and deploy AI/ML models, optimize pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with other teams to develop machine learning solutions.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend. Own features end-to-end, write scalable Python services, optimize SQL and schemas, integrate APIs, profile and improve performance, and deliver cross-device user experiences with React/Typescript and CSS. Collaborate in agile teams and mentor junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end payer enrollment and revalidation for behavioral health providers across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. Manage enrollment timelines, resolve escalations, ensure compliance, and oversee enrollment specialists/contractors. Build payer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, track enrollment metrics, and drive process improvements and documentation.
