The Senior Workday Solutions & Integrations Specialist designs, builds, and optimizes integrations in the Workday ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to ensure data flow and process alignment.

Serve as primary borrower contact through loan origination, making 60–80 outbound calls daily, managing pipeline in Tinman, coordinating documents with internal teams, preparing loans for underwriting (DU/LPA), resolving blockers, escalating issues, and identifying process improvements while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Prepare and review closing documents (CD, Note, Mortgage), coordinate with title companies and attorneys, verify figures and wire instructions, ensure loans close and fund on schedule, maintain compliance with TRID/RESPA/TILA and investor guidelines, and respond to closing inquiries.
