Own and advance Better’s identity and access management program using Okta and related systems. Administer Okta, integrate SaaS applications and enterprise platforms, automate joiner/mover/leaver processes, enforce strong authentication and least-privilege controls, support audits and access reviews, and provide senior escalation support. Partner with Security and business stakeholders, maintain documentation, and improve IAM workflows through automation, scripting, APIs, and potentially AI agents.

Supports marketing production, workflow automation, AI-enabled content operations, campaign reporting, asset management, onboarding materials, and quality assurance. Builds automations across Airtable, Zapier or n8n, Canva, and internal tools; maintains dashboards and campaign trackers; prepares email and social campaigns; organizes marketing libraries and proof assets; and verifies branding, links, disclaimers, names, dates, and regulatory fields.
