Supports marketing production, workflow automation, AI-enabled content operations, campaign reporting, asset management, onboarding materials, and quality assurance. Builds automations across Airtable, Zapier or n8n, Canva, and internal tools; maintains dashboards and campaign trackers; prepares email and social campaigns; organizes marketing libraries and proof assets; and verifies branding, links, disclaimers, names, dates, and regulatory fields.

Provide production, operations, and administrative support for marketing campaigns: format assets using templates, upload and schedule social content, prepare advisor email campaigns, maintain asset library and version control, run adoption and campaign reports, support onboarding and recruiting materials, and perform detailed QA of branding, links, and template accuracy.

Follows up with mortgage leads, schedules consultations, collects borrower information, assists with loan applications, requests and organizes documentation, and prepares files for pre-approval. Provides early-stage updates to referral partners, manages the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications, and maintains accurate lead and pipeline activity in the CRM. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and accountability.
