Manage and grow relationships with mortgage broker partners for Better Wholesale’s HELOC product. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, scenario guidance, account management, pipeline and funded-volume forecasting, issue resolution, CRM tracking, broker feedback, and partner activation. The role combines consultative sales, mortgage expertise, and channel-building in a launch environment, with future opportunities to develop new broker relationships and support additional wholesale lending products.

Follows up with mortgage leads, schedules consultations, gathers borrower information, assists with loan applications, requests and organizes documentation, tracks pre-approval files, updates referral partners, manages advisor communications, and maintains accurate CRM pipeline records.

Provide operational and technical support for Matrix tools, systems, workflows, websites, and landing pages. Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding, training, documentation, email signature management, data integrity, backups, troubleshooting, and compliance. Maintain production technology systems, create user guides and training materials, and ensure tools remain secure, functional, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
